Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. anise seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls about the size of a walnut.
    Brown meatballs in heavy iron skillet.
    Serve with favorite red sauce and pasta.
    Serves 4 to 6.
