Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil (I don't use but 1 c.)
4 eggs
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Add dry ingredients; then add oil and eggs and beat well.
Add carrots.
Pour into 3 pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
