French Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillet of haddock
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cut partially thawed fish into 4 pieces.
    Cut pieces in half crosswise.
    Dip 8 pieces into egg, then cracker crumbs.
    French fry for a few minutes in hot oil.
