Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in shortening until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Knead dough gently.
    Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
