Raw Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or more qt. strawberries
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
8 Tbsp. strawberry jello

Preparation

Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until clear and add strawberry jello; cool slightly.
Pour over arranged berries pointed up in cooked pie crusts.
Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 3 pies.
