Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
grated rind of 1 lime
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, rind and juice together until smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes.
Cool on wire rack 15 minutes.
Refrigerate until cold, 2 hours.
Spread top with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
