Pork Chops Fried(Costolette Di Maiale Al Fritto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Trim fat from
    pork
    chops.
    Beat
    eggs,
    garlic
    salt, pepper and salt
    together.
    Coat
    pork chops with bread crumbs and set aside on tin
    foil.
    Heat
    oil
    in frying pan and when hot, dip chops in
    egg
    mixture,
    then
    oil.
    Fry until nicely golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
    Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
