Breast-Of-Chicken Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    4 green onions, chopped (I use lots)
    2 Tbsp. oleo (I don't use)
    2 c. whipping cream (I use evaporated skimmed milk; 1 large can)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and seasoning mix; stir well.
    Dredge chicken in mixture and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Saute onions in oleo, stir in whipping cream and remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
