Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients (not sugar). Add sugar and oil and mix well. Stir in carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans or 1 (9 x 13) pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool.
