Bacon Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh spinach or 12 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
    6 strips bacon, fried crisply and crumbled
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt or fresh, finely chopped onion to taste
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. hot diluted Pet milk
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Combine eggs, salt and seasonings.
    Stir in milk, bacon and spinach.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake on bottom rack at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
