Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen pea pods
    1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium size onion, cut in rings
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    1 medium jar pimento
Preparation
    In small amount oil, cook celery, onions, pepper and carrots until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients plus garlic salt to taste and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
