Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Milk, scalded
1 (9-inch) Uncooked Pastry Shell
Preparation

Thoroughly mix the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Slowly stir in the hot milk.
Pour into the pie shell.
Dust the top with nutmeg.
