Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can drained hominy or corn
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
2 or 3 cans stewed tomatoes or 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and chilies on medium high heat.
(Can do in microwave.)
Drain some of the fat.
Stir in rest and bring to boil.
Simmer 30 minutes or on low in crock-pot forever!
Serve with grated cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar) and Doritos.
