Convenient Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. Irish potatoes, peeled and cut
1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Boil, drain and mash potatoes with all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put in long casserole dish and top with bacon bits, paprika, parsley flakes and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
