Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. frozen peas with pearl onions
1 small jar diced pimientos, drained
3 c. cooked wide noodles
Preparation

Brown beef, salt and pepper.
Mix together soups, sour cream, peas, pimientos and cooked noodles.
Add to meat mixture.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs or grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
