Breakfast On-The-Go Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juice
    1 banana
    6 strawberries (optional)
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt (natural, no sugar)
    1 or 2 packets Equal or Sweet 'N Low sweetener
    4 ice cubes
Preparation
    Place can of pineapple (with all the juice), strawberries and ice cubes in blender.
    Cover and set it on \"chop\" for about 5 seconds.
    Add sliced up banana and yogurt; blend on \"liquefy\" or \"stir\" for about 10 seconds, until smooth.
    Add sweetener to taste and blend 2 more seconds.
    Serves 2.
