Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 lb. lean pork, cubed
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 to 3/4 c. cornstarch
    2 large green peppers, cut in strips
    dash of red pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. sliced onion
    2 large tomato wedges
    2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, ginger, salt and garlic.
    Pour over pork and marinate 30 minutes. Dredge pork in cornstarch.
    Cook (in oil), drain.
    Cook vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire and pepper sauce to a boil.
    Add green pepper and onions.
    Add tomatoes and pineapple, 2 tablespoons cornstarch and water. Thicken and pour over hot pork.
    Serve with rice.
