Kathryn'S Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced, pared tart apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
dash of salt
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mound apples in buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with orange juice.
Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.
Makes 6 servings.
Best served warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
