Cheese Krispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    2 sticks soft oleo
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 loaves party rye bread (small, cocktail slices)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground beef; drain.
    In saucepan, melt cheese and add the meat to it.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; cook for 5 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Cover; store in refrigerator until serving time.
    When ready to serve, spread on cocktail rye and cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
    Makes approximately 72 slices.
