Blackberry Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. thinly sliced and peeled apples
    1 pt. fresh blackberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    sugar for sprinkling
Preparation
    Roll out crust.
    Mix together carefully the apples, blackberries, sugar and cornstarch.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add to pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Add top shell; brush with egg and milk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    While hot, sprinkle with sugar.
