Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (2 lb.) bag confectioners sugar
peanut butter (use a good brand)

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese and sugar together.
Save enough sugar to roll candy in.
Roll out and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up and chill before slicing.
