Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw cleaned shrimp
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in
    margarine
    for
    5 to 10 minutes, until shrimp is pink and tender.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes.
    Sprinkle
    in
    flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in sour cream and
    cook
    gently
    for
    10
    minutes (do not boil). Serve over white rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
