Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until fluffy.
    Add the sugar, then the other dry ingredients.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Bake in well-greased 8-inch pan 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
