Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

6 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. grated lime rind
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1/2 c. lime juice
10-inch graham cracker crust
Cool Whip
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl. Pour in condensed milk, stirring constantly.
Add lime juice and rind. Add food coloring; stir until blended.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Place pie in oven and bake 15 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool.
Spread Cool Whip on cooled pie.
