Marinated Roast Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) boneless pork loin roast
    2 cans ginger ale
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sherry
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. chopped ginger
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place pork loin in large glass or plastic container.
    Whisk together rest of the ingredients to make the marinade.
    Pour on top of pork.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
