Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and well-drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1 can chopped mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Add celery and onion to browned sausage.
    Cook until tender, not brown.
    Stir in soup, milk, rice, salt and mushrooms.
