Spanish Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 jar pimento
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. no-fat Italian lite dressing
    1/8 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate several hours before serving.
