Company Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 tender, small squash
    1 Tbsp. canola
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. lite sour cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cut and cook squash until tender.
    Mash and add oil, bouillon cube, onion, egg, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour into prepared casserole dish.
    Combine bread crumbs, shredded cheese and paprika; sprinkle over top of squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
