Leigh'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Stir together the rest of ingredients and add to first three ingredients.
    Form dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll them in a mixture of 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
