2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Separate the eggs.
Mix together in no particular order the egg yolks, milk, flour, and sugar.
Melt butter and add to the mix. Blend egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mix gently.
Add baking powder. Now you're ready to make some good pancakes. Rich, fattening, and guaranteed to stick to your ribs.
