Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. strained pumpkin
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 can evaporated milk plus water to make 2 c.
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix spices, flour, salt and water well.
Add pumpkin and mix. Add slightly beaten eggs.
Stir in milk.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, until crust is set. Then reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake about 45 minutes longer or until inserted knife comes out clean.
