Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, prepared and drained
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 to 3 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix first two ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Form into balls.
    Place on cookie sheets and freeze. When ready to cook, place in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
