Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add eggs and oil. Beat well. Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
