Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 lb. lean chuck roast
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 large onion, diced
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 can beer
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) jars Serrano peppers (remove stems, as they are bitter)
Preparation
    Cook 15 hours in a slow, 250\u00b0, oven.
    Remove meat and shred it.
    Place in broth, put in containers and freeze until ready to use.
    Serve on hoagie buns.
