Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well the first 4 ingredients.
    Add water.
    Knead until dough is soft and elastic like bread dough.
    If sticky, add a little more flour.
    Pinch off approximately 8 to 10 balls, then roll out with floured rolling pin.
    Cook on ungreased cast-iron skillet or griddle on medium-high heat.
