Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 slices apples
6 oz. can frozen apple juice (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine apple juice with cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.
Place sliced apples in unbaked pie crust and pour apple juice mixture over apples.
Add top crust.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Lower heat to 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove foil last 20 minutes.
