German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    9 slices bacon, crisped and crumbled
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 scant c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    6 large or 12 small potatoes, cooked not quite done and sliced
Preparation
    Crisp bacon, reserving the fat.
    Crumble the bacon.
    Saute onion in bacon grease; add salt, sugar, mustard, water, vinegar, sliced potatoes, bacon and parsley last.
    Heat to serve.
