Salmon Crunchy Salad Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1 lb.) pink salmon
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. capers or diced sweet pickles
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix chilled ingredients together, except the chips and chill. (It's better to add lemon juice to mayonnaise before adding to salad.)
