Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    5 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    2 c. chicken stock
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, carrots, onion and stock in soup kettle. Simmer, partially covered, for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and stir until blended.
    Slowly add milk, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
    Stir in cheese and cook over low heat until melted.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Slowly add to veggies and stock.
    Stir over low heat until blended.
    Best served in bread roll bowls.
