Peach Melba Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2 can) peaches, drained (about 3 1/2 c.)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
pinch of salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place peach slices in bottom of pie shell.
Cream together sugar, flour, oleo and salt.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and mix well.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes. When knife is inserted in middle, it should come out clean.
