Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 9 3/8-inch Pie Crust
    1 Pound crab meat
    1 Cup maynonaise
    4 Tablespoons flour
    2 Beaten eggs
    1 Cup milk
    12 to 16 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1 Pack green onions, chopped
    Fresh Parsley, chopped
    Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and pour in two pie shells (Mrs.
    Smith's is a good brand).
