Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. fat
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. cooked tomatoes, peeled
2 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. spaghetti, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown onion, ground beef and fat.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes and water.
Mixture should simmer for 1 hour.
If needed, more water can be added.
Serve over cooked spaghetti with 1 teaspoon of grated cheese sprinkled on top.
