Curried Chicken Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 orange
1/2 c. tiny shell macaroni, cooked
1/3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/3 c. green grapes, halved
1/3 c. low-fat lemon yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Peel the orange over a bowl to catch the juices. Section and cut into pieces. Add the cooked macaroni, chicken and grapes. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and curry, then pour over macaroni mixture. Toss to coat.
