Shortbread(A Taste Of Scotland) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. flour
    4 oz. sugar
    8 oz. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Sieve
    the
    flour and add the sugar.
    Rub in the butter and then work the mixture into a ball with a knife.
    Butter a baking tray
    and
    then
    spread in the mixture or press into a floured mold.
    Bake
    in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
    Remove
    from oven.
    Cut into squares from the tray and sprinkle with sugar.
