Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
3 lb. chicken wings
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter (1/2 stick), melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, caraway seed, onion flakes (crushed), dry mustard, lemon peel, thyme leaves, salt and ground red pepper.
Brush wings with melted butter and lightly pat paprika mixture on wings.
Place wings in a large open roasting pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until tender.
