Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 to 1 onion (your choice)
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Slightly cook carrots, drain and cool.
    Crush Ritz and add to melted oleo.
    Mix all ingredients and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
