Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 egg
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. buttery crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine cooked squash, margarine, onions, crushed crackers, beaten egg mixed with milk, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of cheese. Pour into buttered casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 fo 40 minutes.
