Chicken With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast
    4 to 8 oz. almonds
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 can water chestnuts
    2 or 3 black mushrooms or black fungus or tree mushrooms (optional)
    6 green onions
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 small onion (white)
Preparation
    Place the chicken breast in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    When the chicken is firm, remove the skin and cut into thin pieces, about 1/4 x 1-inch or cubes and set aside.
