Poulet A Deux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 halves boned chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. (approximately) pre-cooked ham, sliced thin
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to flatten.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with slices of ham.
    Place 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese in center of each.
    Roll and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in baking dish.
    Combine tomato sauce, sugar, salt, Tabasco and garlic powder; pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove toothpicks.
    Place slice of Mozzarella cheese over each roll.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
