Fresh Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. sliced pitted unpeeled apricots
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle lemon juice over apricots in a large bowl.
    Add the sugar, tapioca and salt.
    Mix gently to combine fruit and dry ingredients.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Roll out half the pastry and fit into a 9-inch pie pan.
